美國FCC認證|FCC SDOC認證|FCC ID認證介紹FCC是美國聯(lián)邦通信委員會(huì )（Federal Communication Commission）的縮寫(xiě)，美國聯(lián)邦通信委員會(huì )是監管實(shí)體，其根據美國聯(lián)邦法典（Code of Federal Regulations）對無(wú)線(xiàn)電設備進(jìn)行監管。
FCC有兩種不同的設備授權審批程序 – 認證（Certification）和供應商的符合性聲明（Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity – SDoC）。
不同的產(chǎn)品根據功能不同，適用于一種或多種審批程序。
認證（Certification）是*嚴格的RF設備審批流程，適用于*有可能對無(wú)線(xiàn)電服務(wù)造成有害干擾的產(chǎn)品。
它是由TCB評估責任方（例如制造商或進(jìn)口商）向TCB提交的支持文檔和測試數據，從而頒發(fā)的設備授權。
TCB是指FCC認可的電信認證機構（ Telecommunication Certification Body）。
認證程序的產(chǎn)品測試需要在FCC認可的認可測試實(shí)驗室進(jìn)行。
符合性聲明（SDoC）是要求產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量負責人確保設備符合相應的技術(shù)標準的程序。
責任方無(wú)需向委員會(huì )或TCB提交設備授權申請即可完成符合性聲明，但是責任方或進(jìn)口商（經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商）必須根據委員會(huì )的要求提供測試報告和其他證明符合規則的信息。
SDoC是替代之前的Verification和DoC，在2018年11月2日起正式實(shí)施。
按照法規要求，需要使用認證程序批準蓄意發(fā)射設備intentional radiator (transmitter) ，使用SDoC程序批準非蓄意發(fā)射設備Unintentional radiators (digital circuitry)。
通俗的說(shuō)，即是無(wú)線(xiàn)產(chǎn)品適用于申請Certification，其他的電子產(chǎn)品適用于SDoC。

選擇Certification程序的產(chǎn)品，需要確保FCC標識符（FCC Identifier）即FCC ID在產(chǎn)品Label上。
選擇SDoC程序的產(chǎn)品，可以選擇把FCC標志印在產(chǎn)品標簽上，印刷時(shí)需要確保比例不變；同時(shí)，應當確保合規聲明（compliance statements）在產(chǎn)品Label上。

If this e does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the e off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: —Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. —Increase the separation between the e and receiver. —Connect the e into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. —Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.注意事項1：Certification的測試必須在FCC認可的實(shí)驗室進(jìn)行。
2：選擇Certification認證程序的產(chǎn)品，E-label是可被接受的。
3：SDoC的責任方必須是美國注冊的實(shí)體。
4：SDoC適用范圍內的產(chǎn)品，也可以選擇使用認證程序；但認證管控范圍的產(chǎn)品，只能選擇認證程序。
